Castle café

The castle café occupies the rooms which in the 18th century were known as “The Little Kitchen”. Freshly-baked pastries, sandwiches and home-made lunches are served.

The café offers seating in the welcoming 17th century kitchen, or you can sit outside in the shade of the lime trees with views over Lake Mälaren.

Gill and Tommy Schröder and their staff also arrange parties and buffets. They also offer baskets with coffee or a picnic to take with you on to the castle grounds.
During the summer parties and dinners can be held in the castle courtyard. Please feel free to call +46 (0)18 56 85 37, or send an e-mail to info@schroders.nu

Skokloster Wärdshus & Hotel

The hotel you see today is the castle’s former stables which date from 1894. Skokloster Wärdshus offers a number of conference rooms. You are very welcome to book a table in the restaurant even if you are not a guest of the hotel or taking part in a conference at Skokloster Wärdshus.

The hotel’s opening hours vary depending on the time of year. Sometimes the facilities are hired to private functions, so it is important to book in advance if you want to make sure to get a table in the restaurant. You are more than welcome to contact us by e-mail: skokloster@sejour.se or call +46 (0)18 38 61 00.
