On June 6, the museum opens at 12. Half price of admission on June 6 and the castle is open from 12–17. The guided tours are cancelled, but there are Museum Educators on site in the castle who will answer questions about the museum. You can also visit all exhibitions. A warm welcome!

Welcome to an exhibition that invites you to explore the secretive world of alchemy – from rare 16th-century books to its unexpected presence in our own time. On view from June 5, 2026.
The exhibition is our permanent exhibition. By moving some of our splendid artefacts down to the ground floor, we have improved accessibility so that more people can enjoy our unique collections.
