A knight’s helmet for a child or a magnificent ceiling painting on a coffee mug? The museum shop has a wide range for all ages, often inspired by the castle’s interiors and history. Do drop in!

Christmas Market

Welcome to a traditional Christmas market! Over two days (30 November - 1 December), you can enjoy genuine crafts, local delicacies, winter tours in the castle, and buy Christmas gifts. Outside there are food trucks and Santa's helper will make an appearance. The museum shop is open, and the castle café serves traditional waffles and treats. Admission to the Christmas market is free. Welcome!

Vertumnus as a breakfast tray

In the castle you can see one of the best-known paintings in the world, Vertumnus by Giuseppe Arcimboldo. This painting has inspired a series of products that we sell in the shop, such as trays, cutting boards, napkins and oven gloves.

Guilt leather on your notebook

Details of the leather wallpaper can be found on notebooks, keyrings and trays, and you can buy portraits of the horses as a fridge magnet. You can also find the King’s Hall tulips on our napkins, or a ceiling painting from the Genéve room on a coffee mug.

In the shop, we have many books about Skokloster Castle that we have produced ourselves. Here you can find out more about the museum’s collections and cultural history.

One annual pass to seven museums
