There is a wheelchair ramp on the water-side castle steps. The disabled toilet is without an alarm.
Each floor is separated by a broad staircase with 32 steps, and halfway up each staircase is a landing. There are no lifts.
The car park is situated by the church, at a distance of 300 meters from the castle. Persons with disabilities are allowed to park next to the castle entrance.
Companions or helpers are always allowed free entry to the museum.
No dogs are allowed in the castle, except for guide dogs.
