
Hours & admissions
The castle is closed for daily visits during the winter season, but it is possible to visit us if you pre-book a guided tour. We are open selected weekends in the spring and then we open daily during the summer season which begins June 1.

Admisson and Tickets
There is always free admission to the exhibition "Skokloster - between the battlefield and the starry sky" on the ground floor and the Wrangel floor upstairs.
Exhibition Chatelaines and Convent Sisters
Entrance fee: SEK 90 (free for everyone up to 19 years). We offer a 10 minutes introduction to the exhibition, every hour at 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16.

Tour charges for groups
- Daytime weekdays up to 15 people: SEK 2100
- Evenings from 17.00 and weekends up to 10 people: SEK 3100
- Schools: SEK 900 total price per class for primary and secondary classes, throughout the year.

Skokloster Castle, built in the baroque style between 1654 and 1676, is one of the major monuments from the historic period when Sweden was one of the most powerful countries in Europe.
